- Man, I hate the Covenant. Telling us what to do, sending us to get our asses kicked by the Demon, making us go to OH CRAP!
- — A Heretic Elite upon seeing the Arbiter.
The Arbiter is the fifth level in Halo 2, and the first level where you get to play as the Arbiter, which pissed off noobs around the globe, but only mildly irritated normal people and made Covenant sympathizers have a joygasm. In this level, you get a crappy two seconds of invisibility, which can be used to t-bag your dead allies, or assassinate your enemies. Whichever way works best for you. In any case, you go around killing Heretic dudes in a gas mine(heh-heh. Gas mine.). After you see the Heretic leader through a window, which for some stupid reason, you can't just break through the glass and cut that suckers head off with a sword, you go into a Banshee and start blowing up mutha fuckas out of the orange skies. Then Rats in a Vacuum comes, and makes you go back inside the station, where the next level starts.
