The Noobler or Nail gun that isn't quite as good as the one the Brutes came up with or Dildo launcher of pink explosive death is a Covenant weapon that fires pink needles. The needles explode afterward. The gun would be a great weapon if it wasn't pink.

[edit] Halo Needler
In Halo 1, the Needler was hardcore, meant for players on the Legendary difficulty, to kill the aliens from 'Alien' Elites. After about seven noodles (chicken flavoured) were in the target, they ran like sissies to their immediate death, all the while crying while you laughed in triumph. They were rare on the lower difficulties, however.
Occasionally on Halo 1 PC/Mac you can find a Needler and kill all n00bs in sight. The blast also touches off sticky blue balls, pwning any n00bs (and this happens lots and lots of times) that are dumb enough to stand next to it. Grunts use Needlers alot, just like plasma pistols. But they can be used against them as they stick to their colourful armor and explode so you can laugh helplessly while they fly into the air. Needlers and a common weapon used by grunts and elites, but with power, anger, and a sense of humor for killing suckish n00bs, it can be very effective.

Because of Dual-Wielding, the Noobler was 'nerfed'. That is, toned down so it doesn't overpower the masses of innocent Noobs who had yet to feel its wrath on Xbox Live. In Campaign, it served the same purpose as Halo 1, and in multiplayer, it was a power weapon in its own right.

Because Bungie hates it when people complain, they nerfed it and improved it at the same time. It can no longer be dual wielded, but has better seeking and explodes faster. However, jumping and strafing will make the needles think they're drunk and fly all over the place (except into the target). It is a matter of controversy whether it's actually any good.This didnt stop the noobs from using it though, and therefore every person in the gruntiverse must live in fear of a big pink thing.
