Engineers, also known as Floating Bags of Air', F'ull of Hot Air, or Buttsacks, are a moddable race in the Covenant. They never appear in any Halo game except for Halo Wars and Halo 3: ODST, but they are known to exist in CE, 2 & 3, according to noobs. They love to fix things, and so, they are employed by Humans as mechanics and rocket scientists. The are sometimes used as helium balloons for little children. The most famous Engineer, Lighter Than Some died when angry drone mechanics shot the poor guy. A minute silence is held for him every 19 September. They are also known to brew the best hangover cure in history, all high ranking officers in the UNSC have a personal Engineer exclusively for this purpose.

Engineers are floating bags of flesh and metal. They our made from forerunners to possibly annoy there enemys with screaches, though the Engineers decided that becoming mechanics was a more worthwhile purpose in life.
